2. Choosing the right primer

Choose primer suitable for your project: KABRIC Floor Prepare for even surfaces, KABRIC Floor Smooth Prepare A+B for even surfaces in need of stabilization or KABRIC Floor Smooth Prepare A+B+C(with filler) for uneven surfaces in need of levelling. Read more about the different kinds of primers here.

4. Choosing the right varnish

The KABRIC Floor system allows for you to choose between 3 kinds of varnishes. Strongcoat Matt (1-component) for a matt look or Strongcoat Silk (1-component), to obtain a bit shinier result. Strongcoat Extra is a 2-component varnish for projects with extra matt look and robustness.

Varnish: The choice of varnish depends on your preferences for the level of shine, and your needs regarding durability and work process. You can choose between a ready-to-use varnish in Matt and Silk or a 2-component varnish for extra durability, with a matt finish.

Time
A finished floor consists of several processes and drying times in between. Depending on the choice of primer and varnish, finishing a KABRIC Floor Project takes 2-4 days.
